Returns & Refunds

Since we are a small batch company specializing in made-to-order products, we have created special terms. Please read below. All of our eyewear, apparel and accessories undergoes a 7-10 point quality inspection twice before it is shipped out to a customer.

 

APPAREL & ACCESSORIES

We are currently only able to offer a 7 day return period for apparel and accessories. (Accesses are any item on our website listed under the accessories tab on godnii.com. Apparel is specifies as any item listed under the apparel tab on godnii.com) The 7 days begins the day the package is delivered. If you want to process a return, you must notify us at info@godnii.com within the 7 days from your order being delivered so we can send a return label as quickly as possible.

 

EYEWEAR

We have a 7 day return period for defective eyewear. All eyewear in handcrafted and we do not accept returns for any other reason than defects. (Eyewear is item on our website listed under the eyewear tab on godnii.com.) The 7 days begin the day the package is delivered. If you want to process a return, you must notify us at info@godnii.com within the 7 days from your order being delivered. We will send a return label as quickly as possible.

ONLY UNWORN items can be returned within the 7 day satisfaction guarantee. We have the right to deny a return for worn or slightly worn items, or items that are not defective.
